The below are the established requirements for all returns in accordance with eBay return policies. 1. To return the part(s), please email us your eBay item # with a detailed reason why you need to return or exchange it. 2. Sumex will not accept the return of used o damaged item.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:1. In the case that the item is returned USED, DAMAGED OR DESTROYED and incomplete item (missing parts), a restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged. 2. Customers will get a refund for the purchase price ONLY In the cases that applies to the below: a. The item is 100% new b. The item is unused and in original packaging c. The item has NOT been installed or show signs of usage d. The item is returned with all parts and pieces e. The item was purchased within 30 days of requesting a return. 3. In all cases customers will be responsible for the shipping cost. 4. All returns must be properly packaged. 5. All returns will have a 20% restocking fee if ordered in error, change of mind or omission. 6. Package must be shipped prepaid via a trackable method such as UPS or insured parcel service. 7. Please note: Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs, and other fees are non-refundable. 8. We do not accept COD deliveries.
